Discipli-tivity

As human beings made in the image of God, we have been given the marvelous endowment of creativity. Oddly however, we continue to do the same old things in the same old way – even many of our mistakes and failures are completely unoriginal.

Our problem is not a lack of creativity, but rather, a lack of discipline. Creativity without discipline is useless, but discipline without creativity yields productivity without progress. So how do we maintain the healthy, symbiotic balance between discipline and creativity?

We each have to find our rhythm of discipli-tivity. Mine is outlined by six things I do to stay motivated, disciplined, creative and productive. A blog for each item is coming soon; but in the meantime, what are yours?
